Learning objectives:

Learning objectives:

How do you make good decisions when there’s little evidence to support you?
Learning objectives:

Learning objectives:

Leading with Emotional Intelligence
Learning objectives:
  • Understand the context driving the need for greater Emotional Intelligence in Leadership
  • Understand what Emotional Intelligence (EI) is defined as being

Strategic Influencing: Advanced Tools and Techniques for Managing Without Direct Authority
Strategic influencing is the act of employing carefully planned approaches to engage people and get their buy in. It applies when working with peers, managers, subordinates, clients and stakeholders. The programme is useful for those working in matrix structures who need to influence those over whom they have no direct authority, but whose support they need to deliver their remit.
Learning objectives:
  • Be able to adopt a more structured and planned approach to achieve effective influencing in a wide range of business situations.
  • Develop a wider range of skills to successfully sell your ideas and proposals to your colleagues and external parties

Communicating with Influence and Persuasion
Learning objectives:
You will learn to use 14 separate tools and techniques which are practical, actionable and immediately usable and useful to enable you to become a more powerful and successful influencer and persuader, in both positive situations and challenging situations. Includes ‘gems’ like
