Strategic Influencing: Advanced Tools and Techniques for Managing Without Direct Authority
Strategic influencing is about employing carefully planned approaches to engage people and get their buy in. It applies when working with peers, managers, subordinates, clients and stakeholders. The programme is useful for those working in matrix structures who need to influence those over whom they have no direct authority, but whose support they need to deliver their remit.

- Be able to adopt a more structured and planned approach to achieve effective influencing in a wide range of business situations.
- Develop a wider range of skills to successfully sell your ideas and proposals to your colleagues and external parties
